Unfortunately, we are unable to allow decorations in the venue as nothing can be attached to the walls or simulators.

The Speedster package does not include a dedicated host. The Turbo package does include a dedicated party host who runs the experience.

•No. Kids parties run as Team Racing, so children are split into teams and rotate between the simulators rather than each child having their own simulator for the full session. The number of simulators allocated depends on the group size.

Yes. Dietary requirements and allergies should be provided in advance and added to the booking. While the kitchen can cater for a range of requirements, allergens are handled on site and traces may still be present.

The Kids Party packages include food, but F1 Arcade is not set up as a formal seated dining experience. Food is served in a relaxed, social style around the racing and party experience. Seating is available, but a dedicated formal seated meal would not be guaranteed unless specifically arranged as part of the package/space.

The Kids Party package price is primarily based on the participating children. The Turbo package includes snacks and nibbles for accompanying adults, and adults can also purchase additional food and drinks separately.

Yes, adults can join the racing, however they would need to pay the standard Team Racing rate rather than the Kids Party package price. They would race alongside the rest of the group within the same session, rather than in a separate adult session.

Yes. Drivers must be 7 years old or over to race. In London, under-18s are welcome until 6pm, and children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

Generally, external entertainment cannot be brought into the venue unless the whole venue is privately hired. For Kids Parties, the Turbo package already includes a dedicated party host.

Your group will have access to a set of F1 simulators, with guests randomly assigned to their simulators. The experience lasts from 55mins-1 hour 45 minutes (depending on the group size), with each guest taking part in 4 races.

Our Kids Party Package is a standard racing session (55mins-1hr 45mins), including one main meal and one soft drink per child. Our Turbo Package gives you a 3-hour experience in a semi-private space, with a team member guiding the kids with their experience throughout the event.

Yes. Our cancellation and amendment policy allows changes to be made up to 48 hours before your booking. Please check your booking Terms & Conditions for the full details.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee which area you will be allocated until the day of your booking. If you would like to reserve a specific area, please let our Events Team know and we can provide a quote for your chosen space.

If you arrive early for your booking, we will do our best to accommodate an earlier start time. If this isn’t possible, you are welcome to wait in our bar area, subject to availability.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to make sure you have the best possible experience with the time remaining on your booking. Please note that we may not be able to extend your booking to make up for any time missed.

Speedster Package: 1 adult per 4 kids

Turbo Package: Includes 1 adult per 2 children. If you would like to bring additional adults, please let us know in advance so we can allocate a suitable area for your group.

Please note that additional adults do not receive additional simulators. The standard package remains based on the number of children booked.

If you would like the additional adults to take part in the racing, please let our Events Team know and we can provide a semi-private quote to accommodate everyone.

Blue Light discounts cannot be applied to our group or event packages, as these are already specially priced. The discount is only available on eligible standard bookings and is subject to the Blue Light offer terms and availability.

We cannot allow any decorations of ballons, banners, confetti etc as it is a safety hazard.

You are more than welcome to bring a cake into the venue after signing a food disclaimer form, but we cannot organise or accept deliveries of cakes.

Our Kids’ Party Packages feature dedicated team racing for your group, so the children can race together as part of the party. Teams are automatically assigned by the simulators. We cannot control the teams or pre-load names into our simulators. Our simulators have five difficulty levels, from Rookie to Elite, so children of different experience levels can race at a level that suits them.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your booking so everyone can check in and be ready for the racing session. F1 Arcade specifically recommends arriving early for children, as driver profiles for under-13s need to be created in the venue. Please note that early access to the party area is subject to availability and will depend on how busy the venue is on the day of your event.
