F1 Arcade London is located in the heart of the city, overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral. We are on the ground floor of One New Change, opposite the entrance to Ivy Asia.

We are centrally located opposite St Paul's Cathedral. The following stations are nearest to our venue:
- St. Paul’s - 2 minute walk
- City Thameslink - 6 minute walk
- Bank - 8 minute walk
- London Blackfriars - 8 minute walk
It’s a little tricky parking around here as we are so central! There is a National Car Park around a 10-minute walk away. Just to note the venue is also within the London Congestion Charge zone.

BOOKINGS
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking to ensure you are checked in and ready for your racing session. This ensures that you will get your full racing session. Unfortunately, we cannot amend bookings so close to your session so there’s no need to let us know if you are running late.
We don’t want you to miss out on our state-of-the-art racing simulators so we strongly recommend booking in advance. However, we do have a limited number of racing sessions available for walk-ins each day, but these are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
If you would like to change or cancel your booking, the fastest way to get help is to respond to your confirmation email.

The number of races and time of your session depends on your group size; every driver will get at least three races.

Certainly! We have a fantastic range of semi-private and private events spaces to suit any group size.
Our private events space in London, The Briefing Room, can be booked for groups of 30 and above. It’s a perfect space for daytime meetings, celebrations, team building or brand activations. We also have semi private event spaces, and offer our full venue for hire!

If you need to cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your arrival, we can transfer the money paid to a new date or provide a refund on request.
• If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking date, all monies paid for your race session will be forfeited. Any cancellations or reductions within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If the number of players in your group has reduced from what was originally booked and paid for, within 48 hours of your booking date, your group will still receive the number of races originally booked. No refunds or transfers are available within 48 hours of your booking.
• If you are booked in for a private event, please contact events@f1arcade.com to discuss your options.
We do not allow fancy dress at our venue however we welcome you to wear your F1 gear in support of your favourite driver or team!

All gift cards can be used in any of our venues for food, drinks, and racing.

The Race & Refuel package consists of 3 head to head races which is approximately 30 minutes, followed by the food and drink included in your packages. whilst the Drive and Dine package is Team Racing for 4 people which lasts for approximately 1 hour, followed by food and drink!
RACING EXPERIENCE
Team Racing (for 4+ people) is the ideal race mode to give you the ultimate F1 Arcade experience. Your group will be randomly allocated into teams where you will then compete against each other to see who comes out on top. Best of all, we’ve designed this to be just as appealing to first-timers as seasoned pros. Our bespoke points system and five skill levels get you out on track and competing on a level playing field. Each team has its own simulator so there’s plenty of time to eat, drink, and cheer on your teammates around the track.
For example, in a 12-person booking, you will be split into 4 teams and allocated 1 racing sim per team, so there will be 4 sims in play.
These bookings will last a minimum of 1 hour and increase with group size.
Head-to-Head (for up to 3 people) gives you a shorter and more intense driving experience. When it’s just you and a couple of friends, you can jump into your own sim, race 3-5 races against each other back-to-back, then head to the bar to order yourself a well-earned drink!
For Head-to-Head sessions, there are two options available: 3 races which will last approximately 30 minutes or 5 races which will last approximately 45 minutes.
Your booking duration will depend on the game mode you’ve booked and the size of your group.
Team Racing is our longer, more social experience and a booking time will range from 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours 5 minutes depending on the size of your group.
Head-to-Head Racing sessions will last either approximately 30 minutes for 3 races, or 45 minutes for 5 races. Giving you a more intense experience where you'll be in the driver’s seat the whole time.
F1 Arcade is designed for all different abilities with 5 levels available. As you set up the game you’ll select your difficulty level choosing from Rookie, Casual, Semi Pro, Pro or Elite. This ensures everyone can race together, regardless of skill level.
Don’t worry, you’ll only ever race against those in your booking party.
FOOD & DRINK
You absolutely can! You will be required to sign a food disclaimer form on arrival.

Before you order your food and drinks, please speak to our staff if you have an allergies or intolerances. It is also important to list any dietary requirements on your booking.
Despite efforts to prevent cross-contamination, we do use allergens in our kitchen and any of our dishes may contain traces of allergens.

We’d love you to join us for food and drink at the Octane Bar! There is no need to book a table, simply come along at a time that suits you. We can’t always guarantee a table at super busy times however we have plenty of space to accommodate those who wish to enjoy our venue without racing!
Just to note, you are not permitted to bring in your own food and drink into the venue. If you have any specific allergies/dietary requirements we will do our best to cater to them.
All menu items can be Halal, please ask a member of the team.
AGE & HEALTH RESTRICTIONS

We welcome all ages until 6pm, but drivers must be 7 years old and over to race on the simulators. After 6pm the venue has a strict 18+ age policy. We reserve the right to change our minimum age policy for special events. Management also reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the venue at any time.
Our London venue has a DDA lift for venue access and DDA WC facilities.
Although the simulators do not accommodate wheelchairs, each simulator has paddles that can be used for accelerating and braking for any guests who may have issues reaching or operating pedals. For any accessibility questions feel free to get in touch support@f1arcade.com.
The racing simulators are designed to simulate a motorsport driving experience using professional grade components that provide full motion movement of the simulator body.
You should avoid racing in our simulator if you have any of the following:
- High blood pressure
- Heart condition
- Undergone recent surgery
- Back or neck conditions (or a history of such conditions)
- Motion sickness
- Pregnancy
If you have been diagnosed with or think you might suffer from epilepsy, please refrain from using the simulators. As part of the activity and at times throughout the venue, there may be flashing lights, images and videos, and may not be suitable for guests with epilepsy or photosensitivity.
Sadly not! Due to the haptic motion system as you take on the twists and turns of the track, the simulator is not recommended for guests who are pregnant.
We do not have any height or weight restrictions.

WATCH PARTIES
Of course! We show practice sessions, Qualifying, and the Grand Prix. We also show sprint shootouts and sprint races.
For practice, sprint and qualifying sessions, you do not require a ticket so simply come along and watch the action unfold on our big screens.
Every Grand Prix will be shown during our ticketed Watch Party events. For tickets and information visit our Watch Party page.
Live commentary will be available for Qualifying and Grand Prix, with subtitles for Practice.
