Survey Respondents Monthly Prize Draw

1.1 This Competition is operated and managed by Raceway Trading Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with the company number 14384787) (the Raceway, We or Us). 2.1 The title of the competition is “Survey Respondents Monthly Prize Draw” (the Competition).

3.1 The Competition will run from 1st day of the month (the Opening Date) to the last day of the month (the Closing Date) inclusive.

3.2 All competition entries must be received by Us no later than midnight on the Closing Date. We reserve the right to disregard any competition entries received after the Closing Date.

3.3 To enter the Competition you must either:

3.4 The Competition is free to enter. You may need to have access the internet in order to enter. Costs for this may vary, please check with your service provider for current charges.

3.5 We will not accept:

3.5.1 responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

3.5.2 proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.

3.6. By choosing to participate in the Competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.7 The winner [1] (one) of the Competition draw will be the entrants randomly selected on 5th business day of the following month from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4.1 The Competition is open to all residents in the UK over the age of 18, except our employees (or employees of our holding or subsidiary companies or of our agents or suppliers) or anyone who is professionally connected with the Competition or its administration.

4.2 In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Prize. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.

4.3 We will not accept Competition Entries that are:

4.3.1 automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

4.3.2 completed by third parties or in bulk;

4.3.3 photocopies; or

4.3.4 incomplete.

4.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

5.1 The Prize is one £50 f1 Arcade Gift Card (a Prize). There will be [1] ([one] winner of the Competition.

5.2 The Prizes are subject to availability and We reserve the right to replace any of the Prizes with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5.3 Each Prize is not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative to any Prize.

5.4 Each Prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the Prize winners.

The £50 Gift Card can only be used at F1 Arcade venues. It can be used for racing, food and drink. To book using the Gift Card, the Sales team must be contacted [bookings@f1arcade.com] with the voucher number & date/time of the visit.

6.1 The decision of Kindred is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6.2 The winners of the Prize Draw will be randomly selected by a verifiable computer process.

6.3 We will contact the winner[s] personally as soon as practicable after the prize draw has taken place. Only the winners will be contacted.

6.4 We will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@f1arcade.com within one month after the Closing Date of the Competition.

6.5 If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact us. In such circumstances, We must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7.1 We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners.

7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize within [fourteen (14) days] after the date of the prize draw, or is unable to comply with these standard terms and conditions, We reserve the right to offer that Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.

7.3 We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up a Prize.

7.4 To redeem a Prize you must provide your email address.

9.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, We, nor our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by our negligence of the Us, our agents or distributors or our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, We, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition or from claiming a Prize.

9.3 We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Competition with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).

9.4 These terms and conditions (including all non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
