Choose Your Event Perks Terms & Conditions

1. This offer entitles you to receive one or, where applicable, two perk(s) if you book and hold a qualifying corporate event at any F1® Arcade venue in the USA between January 26 2026 and March 31 2026.

2. Only corporate events with a committed minimum spend of $2,000 or more (excluding taxes, gratuity and service charges) with qualify for this offer. Any qualifying corporate event with a committed minimum spend of $5,000 or more (excluding taxes, gratuity and service charges) will be entitled to choose a total of two (2) perks.

3. Following confirmation of their qualifying event booking and minimum spend, the lead booker will be able to choose from the following perks: (1) a $500 credit that can be spent on food and beverage ordered at the venue on the day of your event; (2) selected upgrades to the pre-ordered food and drink for your event; or (3) subject to availability, selected prizes for winners within your group.

4. All perks must be pre-booked and used on the day of your event. No perk can be rolled over or transferred to a future event.

5. Qualifying bookings must take place between January 26, 2026 and March 31, 2026.

6. In order to redeem the offer you will need to confirm your selected perk(s) with the applicable member of the F1® Arcade sales team.

7. Use of bar credits towards the cost of alcohol is subject to local liquor laws. All guests must be 21+ with a valid ID.

8. Valid for bookings at F1® Arcade venues in the USA only.

9. Offer can only be used once per person/qualifying corporate event.

10. All bookings are subject to Booking Policy. F1® Arcade reserves the right to discontinue service to any guest in accordance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards..

11. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or event.

12. F1® Arcade reserves to right to stop this offer at any time. F1® Arcade reserves the right to swap or amend the perks available at any point.

13. Offer and all perks are subject to availability.

14. Perks are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits cannot be used to reduce the cost of your booking.
